Office of Executive Operations

The Office of Executive Operations (OEO) is a service organization responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the Office of the Commissioner.  OEO staff work closely with Senior Management Officers in each Deputy Commissioner level office to provide advice, policy, guidance and direction on a host of administrative, financial and information management matters.

The organizational units include:

• Human Capital Team responsible for recruitment outreach, performance management plans, human resource advisory services
• Budget and Acquisitions Team responsible for better aligning the finance and budget to OC goals 
• Information Management Team responsible for supporting FDA-wide IT needs
• Program Services Team responsible for supporting OC staff in a host of administrative areas including travel, time and attendance, property management, EASE and Incentive Awards
